helpful tips for choosing a lawyer
Being injured or charged with a crime is stressful enough. Don't let choosing a lawyer add to that anxiety.
1. A lawyer that listens to your story for more than a few minutes, without asking you to hire them, is a good start.
2. Avoid lawyers that promise you the stars and moon. You deserve the truth, not bullshit.
3. Is the lawyer willing to take your case to trial if the other side will not budge? This is an important one. For more than obvious reasons, you do not want a lawyer that is afraid of the court room.
4. Always ask about the lawyer's communication policy with clients and hold them to it.
When your health and/or freedom is on the line, you need someone in your corner who will actually fight the opposing side. Rest assured, when the gloves come off, I don't pull punches. I pursue and swiftly secure justice for my clients.
My client's don't get bullied.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

ROB
“I got arrested and the experience sucked. To make things worse, I had just lost my job a couple of weeks before.
Travis knew my situation and allowed me to pay his attorney fee in payments. He didn't like the way the district attorney or police had treated me, it really made him mad.
Travis really cared about how this case was going to affect my life. The day of my court hearing I just knew I would be going to jail but because of Travis I didn't.
The other attorney was mean and nasty and Travis was meaner and nastier right back to her. He owned it."

BRANDON
"I had warrants that were 7 years old so I was told I had to turn myself in, get booked, then bond out with a future court date. But Travis went with me and talked to the judge and prosecutor and worked out a deal. Not only did I not go to jail, I didn't even have to pay the full amount of all the fines. "

RICHARD
"My name is Richard and I was a client of Travis Middleton's a few years ago. Before I found Travis my case as far as I was concerned, had been closed for over a year and a half. I had had medical treatment for my knee injury and I’d signed paperwork and as far as everyone was concerned, my case was done. Travis had me come by his office answer a few questions and when I say he handled everything I’m not exaggerating. He took the time to meet with me, sometimes after hours and stayed to help me fill out my paperwork, cause I would’ve never filled out all that paperwork by myself. Travis always kept me up to speed on what was going on with the case. He moved it through as fast as possible and I wasn’t really expecting anything to come of it, but Travis worked diligently and before I knew it I was sworn in before a judge and signed a few papers and before lunch that day I had $10,000 my hand. Travis is honest and to the point he won’t steer you wrong and he’s gonna get you what you deserve and the best part about Travis he’s not gonna take a ridiculous amount of money from your settlement. He’s there for you. You can’t go wrong with Travis Middleton."
